Let’s Start From The Beginning:

As I mentioned, I’m a Body Wisdom Coach, addressing various food and body-image related concerns. Most importantly though, I have an extraordinary passion to guide women who are yearning to feel at home in their body. 

A huge chunk of what I learned at IPE was around the profound connection between our relationship with food and body and other deep-seated personal life issues, such as stress, relationship, family, work, money, etc. This life-changing concept is derived from Dynamic Eating Psychology, a powerful breakthrough method, originated by Marc David, Founder of the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. DEP sees our challenges with eating, weight and health not as an indication that we’re broken, but as a beautiful opportunity to grow and evolve (psychologyofeating.com).

It affirms that our relationship with food and our body has important lessons to teach us if we choose to listen.

It’s vitally important to realize that your body image and food issues are NOT your fault! You heard me correctly! Your issues are programmed into you through diet culture and society. We are taught from an early age that our worth is found in our weight and physical appearance. Not only is this idea absolutely untrue, but it’s quite harmful. Our weight/body will never be an indicator of our worth and value. We are worthy simply because we exist – end of story.

When it comes to healing our relationship with food, body and self in general, I find that it’s not something to be taken lightly or treated in a “one size fits all” sort of way. In fact, it is truly an ongoing journey. We are constantly growing, discovering and evolving as souls here on earth.

As your coach, I will share the life-changing wisdom I’ve gained from IPE, as well as the beautiful guidance I receive from the universe, and create an enlightening experience for you that supports sustainable, long-term change.
